Hello everyone, I am back from boot camp and I know that you missed me.
Though the highly regulated environment provided for little aetiological ambiguity and the stressful conditions made the personal traits of the subjects of my observations very apparent, I did not have time to conduct any serious socionic studies. However, I did happen upon a marked trend in the attitudes of INTjs and ISTjs that was repeated many-fold among the 70 recruits in my division. It would seem that the INTj would rather build a large automated wall against all of the pessimistic things he can intuit but might otherwise never sense to play the role of the introvertedly sensing care-giver that happens to watch itself (and does not need to be sensed) because it is impenetrable all the time and all the while 'gives care' to the INTj in the form of security. This defense reaction is quickly finalized as a result and then integrated into the INTj's holographic arsenal to be heavily supported by other measures. The more optimistic ISTj prefers a 'victim' in an otherwise unexcitingly positive world...since he only needs one weakness to occupy his single-track mind, rather than intuit he will use a single mechanical campaign with known causes and effects and monitor its progress as a process, using his moment-by-moment carefree demeanor to optimize or improvise and update as necessary.
intuit possible weaknesses (farsighted) and quickly furnish (result)
security integrations (holographic) that do not require surveillance (not sensing)
sense immediate advantages (carefree) and continuously implement (process)
contained assaults (cause-effect) against features that are easily exploited (not intuitive)
