I fell out of a window and broke the left side of my skull when I was two. With male IEIs so rare, do you think it is possible that my right brain was overcompensating during those developmental years, making me hyper-sensitive?
There is no brain damage, although at the time I wasn't supposed to be able to live a normal life. As it turned out, I got pulled into the Gifted class starting in kindergarten. (Regarding that, I have read articles on myers-briggs that have posited that xNxP types are typically those children that get put in those classes).
I have always thought of type as emerging from in born cognitive strengths. Could things be more complicated in my case?
