@ what Ath said : there's nothing scientific in either of them. Enneagram looks like some form of old wisdom, a tool to help you understand worldviews and motivations through simplifying them to a number of styles, that's all.

bitch... editing your shout so you what you said was made consistent. Doesn't matter tho as it doesn't change the reality of the matter. Enneagram = useless, cult-like, overrated, pop-psych shit. Oldham, NPA and MOTIV all go for the research angle. Sure enneagram has a bit of that but its just insignificant decoration.
