Well I am back. How's everyone? Don't have as much time now, but glad to see some of the old gang are still here.

She turns people against me and she might do me actual harm. She backstabs and so on. I stay out of the way but she picks on ANY and ALL things that I do.

and do you know for sure that she is doing what she is doing? it could be your imagination. she also may be a bully type, who knows she's found a live prey. the best way to deal with it is to simply defend yourself verbally. if she tries kicking you out - sue her.
if you don't yell back, she will keep attacking. she may be the type that you need to yell back to show that your as "tough" as she is.
