He was well known for his oratorical skills and political engineering, and was a constant waverer in the people and causes he supported, though it seems he did all that with a bigger cause in mind (i.e. the state or his own personal success) and merely adapted to circumstances.

It seems easy for me to type him as an ENFj but I feel like I know too little about his motivations and I'm not sure I can determine his weaknesses and strengths so well from historical texts (and fictional books ).
