It is not an easy typing from my perspective. Many of his more advanced political proposal (so, excluding for a moment the more techincal papers) seem to have a negativistic ethical bent which, at first, made me tend towards ENFp as a typing - plus VI's an irrational, and possibly as an extravert too (even if this is more dubious). On the other hand I could also see a gamma NT being technical and detached when approaching the subject from a theorethical point of view, yet marking his more personal and audience-related contributions with an ethical signature. I would, in any case, exclude all the merry types.

ILE was my first impression based on VI, but I know nothing about the guy. LIE is also plausible...
