Alpha has the ISFps and they are almost always fat. Socionics says they are round but damn it -they are just mostly fat, beautiful at times but fat.
guess is the ISFps alone would cause Alpha to be the fattest. Betas are too active or depressed to be fat , Gammas are too grumpy to eat because nothing pleases them and the Deltas are too fussy, proper or absentminded to be fat.

I hate to say this but Ive noticed that ISFJs can be quite large. Not all but alot of them are quite big. I would say out of all the isfjs that I have known at least 75% of them are on th chubby side or are headed in that directionBut you can be any type and be over weight.
