from WHO'S perspective? i understand the ILIs here very easily. clarity of communication comes in many varieties depending on what you value.

well i was actually mentioning something like this to maria last night, because i dont really pay attention to spelling and what not, yet im still kind of self conscious about it (i have a theory but its not that interesting). but i mainly focus on getting my point across.
