Default Sarah Palin - McCain's VP

My initial reaction to seeing her on a few tv spots was ESI, a certain sharpness about her face. Other than that I haven't looked into anything. What think you? Let's find some clips...

Her opening speech as covered by a news show

"In Full": Sarah Palin, governor of Alaska, speaks at a GOP rally in Dayton, Ohio following her introduction by John McCain as his pick for vice president.

Her presence is much more commanding than McCain's!

Someone needs to tell him to stop fiddling with his ring/fingers in that last video.

So, this is what it has come down to in US elections.

An ESI-ESI ticket versus an EIE-EIE ticket.

If you folks want more diversity in the types running for president, you'll have to go for a major reform in the way parties choose their candidates.

aaaaah, I don't know why but for some reason I like her... maybe it's because she seems bright and personable... like less formal, except it's okay to be less formal... she comes off as strong, but in a warm way.

I don't think McCain is SLE

I could see him as some sort of INFj, or some non-SE ego block person. The difference in stage presence seems rather dramatic. I actually didn't get much of an ESI vibe from McCain in that video, esp standing next to Palin.

To speak bluntly, McCain seems cuter.
Palin seems more like she'd actually come after you and shoot you, or bust some nuts.

Yes, I know McCain was in the military. But it does seem to be some sort of difference between the two.

    He could be LSE.

But, underneath all the "cuteness", I think he has more of an edge than, say, Bush 41 who is a clear LSE imo.

He does remind me a little bit of Nebraska coaching legend Tom Osborne

However, I don't really see a direct comparison.
I'll have to bump the TO thread.

    PS: TO seems more....
Well, maybe it's something like this. TO seems more 8w9 than McCain. I don't know his enneatype, but I get a much different feeling from TO as opposed to McCain.

I agree with Pallin as ISFj.

McCain--I've mostly considered Delta logical for him, and gone back and forth between SLI and LSE... ESI is also in that mix--third though.

I like both of their personalities; I'm not sold on their policies, lol. (Opposite for Obama/Biden.)

I haven't read the book but as ESE conflictor makes sense for that type as if JK Rowling is ILI aye.

However, in the movie Umbridge to me came across as an uptight 'guardian' of conservative values (including Old School physical punishment) and a rather typical 'bad ESI' movie caricature, in the mold of Rachel in One flew over the Cuckoo's nest (both totally lacking in Fe). "Wiki: The moralist who is quick to judge people for good and bad behavior, finds fault easily, and punishes just as easily."

I posted that pic because I feel there is something phony over Palin's kind of conservatism, just as it for Ms Umbridge's.

Again, I don't see a similarity between the two. Umbridge very clearly had a Ni PoLR, imo. And while she wasn't sweet and warm, she was "traditionally feminine" in a manner in which I've seen Fe dominants behave.

What I'm trying to say is that ESI's don't judge good and bad behavior against rules, tradition, or social standards. Yes, they definitely judge good and bad behavior against their own value systems and can be pretty harsh when dealing with those they see as immoral, but it's nothing like Umbridge.

In some pictures she's a MILF. In others, she looks like she needs to be drilled by an older guy than me. I bet McCain is boning her, the shallow fuck. He actually divorced his wife who was disfigured in a car crash, in favour of some blonde.

See, I'm not even sure that is her.

is that what ANY Fi ego person would do or just ESI? and which Fi, if that is so, would enjoy helping others live by their own value systems as well without judgment on what theirs is?

if this Sarah Palin is ESI, then i'm a bit confused because i agree politically and even admire her strength. but, personally she violates a couple of my personal values and i'm not "getting past them" very easily.

i was hesitant to post them when i realized them. a lot because of you and how others perceive you as a bitch when you're just defending your own values. that's why others have with me as well. i've just "covered it up" a bit more over the years...

    here goes...

when i read that she was 44 with 5 kids and the BABY had downs WHILE being governor AND now running for vice president of the united states, the big picture ramifications of WHO THE HELL IS TAKING CARE OF HER CHILDREN? ran through my mind.

here's a conservative woman running for office, which is cool, but she CHOSE to have babies and then is CHOOSING to not raise them herself? why have kids if you're letting someone else raise them? a conservative woman, who probably leans toward "family values" IS NOT LIVING THEM!!

i respect people who walk their talk. run for office, cool. but you espouse family values, then fucking live them or get the hell out of here. for me, actions speak louder than words.

and nobody give me "i'm sure she's a great mom, etc......." THERE ISNT ENOUGH TIME IN THE DAY to spend real quality time with 5 KIDS if you're governor and now running for VP! if anyone can disrespect their own children that way, out of choice mind you, then they can do it to our country.

this really gets me...especially since mccain wasn't my top choice in the republican primary and i sure as hell don't want obama, the pussy.

let the wrath begin....but i'm not answering it. if this makes ME Fi, fine. i'm only here to figure out my mother fucking type anyway not answer people's questions about my values. live your own.

Neither are healthy ESE's anything like Umbridge. I see where you come from with ESE for Umbridge, but the Umbridge character is a caricature of an unhealthy being. Personally fwiw, I have heard an ESI (unhealthy) judge against social standards, traditions and rules. Maybe that is where my bias comes from.

Anyway one of my points with the Umbridge picture was simply that the Personas the policians present when they run for elections are about as real (or fake rather) as the Umbridge persona. Palin to me looks about as 'hard pumped' in her suit as Umbridge does in her, but to each his/her own.

    here goes...

when i read that she was 44 with 5 kids and the BABY had downs WHILE being governor AND now running for vice president of the united states, the big picture ramifications of WHO THE HELL IS TAKING CARE OF HER CHILDREN? ran through my mind.

here's a conservative woman running for office, which is cool, but she CHOSE to have babies and then is CHOOSING to not raise them herself? why have kids if you're letting someone else raise them? a conservative woman, who probably leans toward "family values" IS NOT LIVING THEM!!

i respect people who walk their talk. run for office, cool. but you espouse family values, then fucking live them or get the hell out of here. for me, actions speak louder than words.

I agree, especially with the bolded part. (I'm not going into McCain v. Obama heh not the place for that really)
