    Default Mood Changes

How often during the course of a day would your mood normally change? When it's not caused by something obvious, can you generally work out what the cause of the change is? Do you feel like your moods are out of your control?

    1) - not much, perhaps maybe twice a day. Usually it changes from "neutral" to "good" due to something funny I see, or talking with people, or doing something I like, etc
    2) - often when it's not something blatantly obvious like a quarrel with somebody or something bad happening, it's due to the fact that say I haven't been moving enough during the day, I haven't eat well, etc
    3) - no, almost never. I don't feel like I am "in control" of them either, though - they just are there

too many to count. been that way since little. moody was always a way i have been described. i felt like they were out of my control for a long time. they were triggered by the energy of other people i felt around me. other people's moods. it felt very unsafe because i was "at the mercy" of other's and their moods, emotions, etc.

over the years, i've learned techniques to help "protect" myself from the onslaught...which has given me a better handle and/or control over my own moods. me likes that much better.
