1) Ti, I feel like I can answer any problem with Ti. The possibilities are endless.
2) Probably INTj. I would probably get so much more done if I could shed the ENXp, haha.
3) Probably Te. It's kind of useful, but I would rather someone else do it than me. I really can't be bothered myself.

Very busy with work. Only kind of around.
1) Te. I sort of see Si as useless to anyone but myself, so , in order not to be a selfish bastard I like using Te. That and it tends to feel pretty satisfying.
2) I'd like to be ENTj. Or ESTj. They actually tend to get shit done. Lazyness
3) Ti. Like vero said, I only like paying attention to it when I have to. Any other time I'd like it is someone else took care of it.

1. Ne. At first I was thinking Ti, and I do have trouble separating the two, because when thinking about the question I first thought of how I apply Ti to everything I think about. Examining it deeper though I realized that Ti is how I think about things, but Ne is who I am. I thought about Si briefly, and in the end it might be the choice if the question had "in other people" attached to it, but in the end I guess I'm too self-centered for that haha
2. IEE. I'd prefer not to have to change, but I definitely really like being ENP. I thought about SEI but in the end I just don't think I'd want to not be leading Ne. If it was just like for a day or week or something though I'd probably say ESI, just to experience as complete opposite a personality as possible, and maybe learn some things and come to a better understanding of more people.
3. Se. I find I have no use for it and tend to get annoyed at myself when I do start using it. Plus when other people are using it I feel like I need to react in some way, but I never know the right way and it's very uncomfortable. Fi I can just ignore more, and Ni and Te I find do augment my ego functions in a useful way at times.
Right, surely this is a ridiculous question. Why would someone not value their leading function most and devalue most their PoLR? And if you are the type you are, why the hell would you want to change?
ETA: I suppose you could devalue your role (or, with extreme licence, ignoring or demonstrative) function as much as your PoLR, and you could value your creative (or, again, with extreme liberties being taken, your suggestive or mobilising) function as much as your base function.

1 - In myself, I value Te most; in others, it varies depending on the context, but Fi is up there for personal relations (obviously)
2 - If I had to give up my SLI-ness, I think I'd like to be IEE
3 - Ni
cool topic. tough to answer though.
1. i value Ti the most....Ne needs it badly.
2. i wouldn't want to permanently change type since i like mine, but it might be cool to be some flavor of EJ, to see if i could be any more effective.
3. Fi. what orst said...it creates a tense atmosphere.

1) Hmm...difficult one. It's a toss up between Ni and Se, with Fi close behind. Not completely sure which one I value the most of the first two.
2) Probably SEE, because they seem to have a less boring lifestyle than me.
3) Hmm...see this one I find difficult also. I'm tempted to say Ti, but then again certain products of Ti can be useful if I can find a use for them. Si maybe? I know Ne I dislike the least of my unvalued ones, but that's probably just because as long as it doesn't interfere with anything I might have planned (usually relating to projects I'm working on) I don't find it threatening or anything. I dunno, either Si, Ti or Fe probably. Actually...I dunno, Si doesn't bother me a great deal either. Maybe the perceiving ones are just more subtle.
This really was a difficult questionnaire for me.
