Yes, but Betas tend to regard Deltas as more staunchy than foolish. Deltas, by definition, are more or less the antithesis of foolish. Foolish implies that one is completely lacking in good judgment and taken to frivolity. That's exactly what Deltas are not. If anything you should be calling Alphas foolish, because we do tend towards that line of action with our impulsiveness.
