I don't really agree in relationship prerequisites.
However for the sakes of contribution and to refrain this from being a thread deflating post, I present my few dislikes in a partner.
In no particular order.

There's a few anyway. I hope this doesn't put a downer on the thread but it may offer insight to INFp.
I think it's great to identify what you want (and not just in a partner, but in all aspects of life). The clearer you are, the better. I'll make a list in a bit.

I agree. I know objectively that it's a good idea to make a list or whatever (for anything in life) but I detest doing it. I prefer to remain open to the possibilities (that is, if I were single but also applying this to other areas of life and yes that often will mean never getting anywhere because you're not sure where you're going and the act of "remaining open" is restricting you to never do anything
). I agree with this list of dislikes also.

2. tolerate me
3. be involved with music somehow (share this interest)
4. share a mutual attraction
Kind of off the top of my head:
1. Socionics compatibility.
2. Must value and practice the same or similar things as I do. In particular: Intellectual enlightenment, pre 1960s standards of conduct (including fidelity), religion, etc.
3. Being good at what I suck at. I suck at Fe and S.
4. Using her complementary skills to help me being her husband, rather than playing an ego game. Like f.i. using them to improve my business.
5. Reasonable intelligence level, I don't want stupidities like an interrogation as to why I look repeatedly into the cupboard while I'm planning dinner.
6. Giving me space - I don't want to be smothered or forced to live someone else's life.
7. Wifey - keeping everything nice, clean and cozy.
8. Able and willing to love, honor and obey.
9. Reasonably healthy mentally and physically.
10. Reasonable level of mutual attraction.

10 requirements? I could never think of that many. If i like you, i like you...not because you fit 9 out of the 10 requirements. Some people just fit with you and it can't be explained. Making a list would only cloud my view of a person and be extremely limiting.

Looking at the lists all of you have made, the person you have in mind are too perfect to exist if you are looking for someone with the overall package.
Here is my list:
1. individualistic
2. kind
3. talkative and outgoing because I don't talk much and can be kind of shy
4. athletic so that our future children wouldn't be klutzes
5. independent
6. open-minded yet conservative in some aspects
7. not too unpredictable and insane
