    Default Dilemma.

So my quite possibly ENTp friend just broke up with his GF. Nick and I have been fighting.

    What now?

Maybe you could give a short synopsis of what's been going on so we can have a better chance of hashing out what's what? I only vaguely understand what your issue is

With Nick - Communicate, communicate, communicate. I think that talking is the best way to sort problems. Be comforting for each other and don't give the atmosphere to much pressure.

Your Friend - I think Diana may be right. Your friend should understand that you also have things going on. However I don't know how close you are to her or how she is handling this. Maybe some time with her might lift her up and work things out for you, I don't know. Sorting things out with Nick shouldn't take up all your time though so even just a cup of coffee with your friends shows that you are there for them.

Nick and I don't really communicate, rather, we exist alongide each other. We make good friends. I feel as if we're drifting apart. The fights were brought on by me not wanting him around anymore. He's a great guy, great fun.....and, right now, there is just nothing there.

As for this other guy, he refuses to get involved. I wouldn't want to get involved so soon anyway. Spending time with other people has made me see how messed up my r'ship with Nick is though. I feel like we're just existing. I feel numb.

I have no idea where my head is.

I've been binge drinking all week just to make things go faster. I've barely wanted to talk to him in the last four days. I think I've moved on beyond my control. I don't like it at all. I want to be happy. Nothing is working. I can't change how I feel.

So yell at him. Make him wake up and listen to you. Fighting is sometimes good for a relationship because it lets you hash out feelings that have been sitting on simmer for way too long. The conflict sucks, but sometimes you need to bash someone over the head with your feelings in order for them to realize the seriousness of their situation.

Holy crap, if someone I cared about fell asleep when I was trying to talk to him about something important I think a crazy switch would flip in my brain and I would go nuts. That and I would go into Ti sooooo hard it might be a little scary.

The last time I tried this it ended up with the bed drenched in water and us nearly coming to blows.

It is altogether too late for this comment after Friday night. That is all I'm going to say. Well, that and yes I have been completely honest with all parties about what happened.
