Default SEI-ILE: Beauty and the Beast

Looks like some perfect example of ILE-SEI duality.

Beauty is 0+- ILE : she's quite an inquisitive, zealous, and nerdy girl. She's obsessed by reading books.

The Beast is --- SEI : he's dramatic, angry, lazy, and confrontational. He has instinct and depth.

If you want me to be serious about typing Beauty & the Beast -

It's MUCH more / to me... I think it is quite Gamma in the storyline.

I think the Beast is SEE and the girl is IEI. Semi-duality.

    Gamma storyline?
Beauty and the Beast is my favorite disney movie. I guess I like storylines from my opposing quadra.

Oh and I think IEI is closer for Belle than ILE.

why Gamma rather than Delta then? (not that I have any reason to doubt, just can't remember much of it and wanted to know what was Se/Ni about it)

    can you clarify "beta things"?

ah, interesting. fwiw, i still see belle as more of an IEI sort of character and i figure her distaste for gaston was more likely something to do with a good storyline. i'm not sure i see where you're getting Te-base.

i like these typings. not to stereotype, but i think a fair share of disney princesses are probably IEI. i might be wrong on that if i actually cared to watch enough disney movies to type them all. it juts seems like there's always some princess/female protagonist who is like, "I GOTTA GET OUTTA THIS GODFORSAKEN TOWN!" *SINGS A DITTY AND BATS EYELASHES AND MARRIES RICH PRINCE*

it sounds like you're saying that if you're concerned with things that are not about day to day life or you are perceived as strange by society then you're Ni and not Si. I think it probably means more that youre an intuitive than a sensor.

Prince and princess stories are about relationships of benefit not duality. See, the prince does amost everything to please princess and princess doesn't undestand what prince wants from her.
