Default ATTN: Anyone who is here for reasons other than to learn about who they are...

...so that they can find their dual and have a happy life.

You are all Si valuing, because you're more concerned about enjoying yourself on here instead of focusing on future goals etc. I have proof here:

They like to believe that if activities are done with enjoyment, people will give them more effort and time, and also becoming more skilled () at what they are doing in the long run. They believe that goals should suit people's intrinsic needs rather than shaped by the demands and constraints of the external world.

They also try to be easygoing and pleasant, preferring peaceful coexistence to conflict, except in the most extreme cases. Things tend to be very low-pressure with these types.
I've also suddenly realised that the Enneagram is a bit shit in comparison to socionics. Basically, these people look like Nines, and so LSE can be Nine. I'm done with ridiculous correlations.

Perhaps you are here because you enjoy learning more about yourself and you enjoy the idea of finding your dual. Perhaps you enjoy the idea of having a happy life. I think I know what your trying to say, but then I'm not sure..I mean, it sounds like your here to enjoy yourself

Do you mean enneagram is shit in comparison to socionics, or do you mean it is shit to compare enneagram to socionics, because I kinda agree with the second part, and I'm not so sure about the first part yet.

Every element can give reasons to study Socionics. Not having reasons for coming here doesn't mean that you're not valuing.

I wonder if threads like this is what Ezra was referring to in his humour thread. Most of the responses so far don't seem to realise the humorous intent of the original post. Unless I'm seeing humour where there is none, thus making me the fool instead. Or perhaps it is both. Yes, we are all fools.

of course there is some mere novelty involved too, in my case. (i don't think i'm very Ni or Si-valuing.)
    Point.

You made me rethink, and yes, I agree with you on the second point.

If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

To be perfectly honest I thought the same...I even chuckled.

laughing at humor where there is supposed to be none creates the humor (sometimes just for yourself) eliminating any foolishness you might have been experiencing. if you are laughing, you're winning, you're not the fool. thats how i see it anyhow. ;]

I am here for the forum as much as I am for the Socionics. Posting messages is fun, kind of like a public bathroom wall.

that is what i was getting at. if there is an inescapable appropriation that is required in the act of understanding, this brings into question the validity of socionics in describing what is real, and hence stubborn contradictions that continue to plague me.
