Athena: seems Ti leading, but I can't tell if it's +Ti or -Ti. Probably representative of Ti in general.
Aphrodite: positive F. (+Fi in some places, +Fe in others) On the one hand she represents lust and pursuit of passion (+Fi), and on the other she represents the actual experience of loving another. (+Fe) She is neither -Fi, in that she cares nothing for justice (if anything, justice is her enemy) nor is she -Fe, in that her misadventures enrage the nations. (as was shown in the Iliad)
Hera: negative F. Vengeful, justice-seeking at the expense of compassion. (+Fe) I sense some -Fe too, although I'm not sure where.
Hephestus: as if there's any doubt, -Si.
Apollo: seems to have attributes of -S: health, strength, beauty, vigor.
Mercury: -N, I would argue.
Dionysus: +Si.
Zeus: the work of the sky. I would argue +Te.
I hesistate to actually type any of the gods, because their traits seem more respective to the functions themselves than to any entandromic process the like of which we see modeled in Model A/B.
