I ran into one at a fun house this one time. It was freaking scary. Definitely a crack pot.

saying this for no apparent reason says to me that you need mental help.

I consider it a great honour when people impersonate me and stalk me. I never see them directly, but they are always there in the corner of my eyes, to the periphery of my vision. They are even there when I sleep. You'd think I should be scared of such people, but in truth, it's very funny.

I know buckets of ENFp girls, heaps. Not sure how many ENFp guys i have identified. I used to work with a possible one and we got on great. Im thinking he could have been INFp but im not sure.

I get on well with most of the ENFp girls i know. Some of them seem a little too ditsy and simple to be honest. I met one once who was really awesome though so they are all different.

I've known a bunch of ENFp guys and they were all REAlly different. I've met like 4 more in the last couple of months...and even though I could tell they were all ENFp, I got a totally different vibe from each one.

Usually the really outgoing ENFps, I'm not intimidated by. But the really quiet ones can be more impressive, yet intimidating to me. The louder ones, I don't want to work to try to keep their attention (too much work).

The most recent one was hitting on my friend and I got pretty mad at him, as I could totally see through him and his charming little games. So I called him on it, and then I could tell I hurt his feelings, so I tried for a bit to make him feel better...like, "you're not so bad..." and then he made fun of me for ripping his personality to pieces and then being like "but you're a nice person I'm sure." Yet he pretty much did the same thing back, in that he'd criticize me, but then still want me to like him. So it's that combo of being feisty, yet easily hurt/wanting to be liked that all of us ENFPs have. Not sure what my point is here...

    I love my identicals.
I really think they are amazing.
I think all the people that I really look up to are my identicals. They really are just pretty damn cool. It's weird though.
    Oh I don't know.

I don't know many of my identicals - but I have an Aunty who is one. She's awesome - I think she represents the pinnacle of SEI fantasticness. She's just a really nice person - easygoing, kind and understanding - plus she's really good at woodworking and stuff. She built her own house mostly by herself! She and her husband and kids were all living in a caravan before that.

Wow, that's quite a spectrum of reactions here. How sure were any of you that the people you were talking to were, indeed identicals? I mean, an obvious point would be "they think like you" but how often do you get to know how a person thinks?

I've only met one person that I can definitely say was ENFp. He was pretty cool... but I felt like I was talking to myself. It was so predictable it was scary.

I hear that! I know almost no ENFp guys, except those here on the forum... In high school I was friends with one ENFp guy, (I went to a small high school,) but we had a falling out.

I know quite a few ENFp girls and generally we get along very well... They're usually hilarious, and I appreciate their good intentions... I even dated one last year--but only for a month, b/c it was a catastrophe... We went on vacation together, and then each cancelled plans on each other about ten times and then broke up haha

Yeah, I'll doubt myself sometimes when id'ing identicals b/c a lot of them, when I think about them, seem pretty different than me, (e.g. their interests, how they're dressed, what music they're into, etc.)

Usually I doubt these id's more in retrospect... There's an almost instant recognition when I'm communicating with one, or even just observing one... For example, that video meatburger posted, (I think it was meatburger anyway, please correct me if I'm wrong,) where he was observing a sunset/street scene in which someone was getting arrested--I knew he was ENFp within twenty seconds. I did not even need to see him--it wasn't just his inflections, but what he was choosing to focus on--it was so much like me and other ENFps I've id'd.

Same when I've watched Meredith Viera interview someone on that morning show she's on, or that movie about Bob Dylan and saw how Joan Baez acts...

Now that I've got a few years of id'ing under my belt, it's easier--I don't need to know too much about how these people, specifically, think.

I generally get on well with what few ILIs I've known in the past. I'm not completely certain but I'm somewhat confident that one of the girls I work with is ILI. I think it takes longer than with other types for me to "warm" to my identicals as it were, but generally we can understand eachother quite easily. Although quite often if it's just the two of us, it takes a while before either of us says anything. One thing I noticed quite recently, which I thought was interesting, is that on our lunch break, if we're sat opposite eachother we sometimes end up looking straight at eachother. Yet, in a strange sense, although we make eye contact, we're not looking at eachother so much as simply looking in that direction. Sort of.. I dunno how to describe it really, but we're not actually focusing on eachother. Like we're just looking but focusing more on our thoughts than what we're looking at.

Loki, I can't be sure that all of those people are my identicals, I'm only...as sure as I can be but basically I think with most of the indenticals even when they're not behaving that well, you can see where they're coming from, so you tend to forgive them easily, more easily than many other types.
