Obviously the three votes given to dee are joke votes, but I think this poll is heavily flawed if Slacker Mom is in the lead. And who in their right mind would vote for Rick? If the people are going to vote foolishly, we might as well just dismiss the results of this poll.

What do we need a leader for? We've been doing pretty well managing ourselves!

In all honesty though, I don't envy anyone having that responsibility. Besides, if our leader isn't any good, I'll just secede anyway!

That would be "hear, hear!" As in, "hear it, everybody!" not... "here we are."

What abougt a committee, where we're all the leaders... if we need to elect some sort of body.

Way I see it, our quadra gets on with each other really well, so that could work, cause we'd all end up agreeing on something anyway..or not even be bothered enough to bother talking about it to agree on it!

Us ISTp's will just meet up at the pub. Anyone else care to join?

Eh, I'm finding it difficult to type with this laptop. The buttons seem to be arranged differently from a normal keyboard. Lets put it to one side and practice on my drinking.

On to the pub, the ISTps lead the way! Without looking back to see if anyone else bothered to follow, natch ...
(later, we could be found deep in our cups grunting at each other as if cleverly ... maybe lazily bothering to play a little billiards with fast & loose rules)

Thank you for listening to me. It truly makes me happy when people do that.

As far as leaders and leadership goes, here's my idea/philosophy...

If you want it, you help make it happen. The person who wants it the most will be the most active in making it happen, thus they'll be the leader.

That's pretty much it. Leaders are people who direct action and take initiative in organizing things. Which means that, I'm guessing, in Delta-type groups any one person could be the "leader" at any given time depending largely on what's wanted, who's wanting it, and who has the ability to make it happen. It also means that often there will not be a distinct "leader".

Yeah i agree actually. ENFp's aren't probablly the best leaders in that sense. ISTp or ESTj to get the jobs done

Hmm, I wasn't trying to say that Rick wouldn't be good at getting things done or anything like that. Just for clarity's sake, I was not comparing and contrasting, with my statements in that post.

Nah probablly not, I just didn't explain myself properly. I think we are quite resistant to comments about things that are true about us though. What i meant is that even though Rick is awesome, hes still an ENFp and probablly suffers to some extent with "getting the work done"

Hmm ideas.... Ok well i think our first order of business should be delta uniforms. I was thinking like a ninja suit with a picture on it
