What do we need a leader for? We've been doing pretty well managing ourselves!
In all honesty though, I don't envy anyone having that responsibility. Besides, if our leader isn't any good, I'll just secede anyway!

As far as leaders and leadership goes, here's my idea/philosophy...
If you want it, you help make it happen. The person who wants it the most will be the most active in making it happen, thus they'll be the leader.
That's pretty much it. Leaders are people who direct action and take initiative in organizing things. Which means that, I'm guessing, in Delta-type groups any one person could be the "leader" at any given time depending largely on what's wanted, who's wanting it, and who has the ability to make it happen. It also means that often there will not be a distinct "leader".

Yeah i agree actually. ENFp's aren't probablly the best leaders in that sense. ISTp or ESTj to get the jobs done

Nah probablly not, I just didn't explain myself properly. I think we are quite resistant to comments about things that are true about us though. What i meant is that even though Rick is awesome, hes still an ENFp and probablly suffers to some extent with "getting the work done"
