Wow, she is positively phenomenal. Due to the peculiarities of my geographical situation, I've heard tons and tons of people doing 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow', and that was the best one yet.

I know. I've never heard anything quite as moving as her version of SOTR......she's also sings really amazing soul stuff.

She died of cancer...it's very sad.

She's become a huge local "saint" here in the D.C.-area since her death. Her parents still live in the area and are invited to talk a lot at little events once in a while. Very kind, down-to-earth people. She really an amazing musician - anything she touches usually becomes my favorite version of the song. My favorite of hers is "What a Wonderful World."

I don't really know what type she was. She was apparently very shy and an uncomfortable presence on stage. Not very showy at all. Loved to garden. Modest about her talents. I think INFj might work.
"How could we forget those ancient myths that stand at the beginning of all races, the myths about dragons that at the last moment are transformed into princesses? Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love."

Yeah, probably either SLE or EII. It could go either way.
