    Default LSI/ISTj co-worker stepping in

Hey one of my INFj friends was being hassled at her job lately, she teaches and her kids were really acting up, getting really bad. One day it got really bad and almost made her cry and stuff. So one of her coworkers stepped in and laid down the law, and helped her out a lot. It really helped her, and it made me happy too, so, props to that LSI.

I know I seem like I bash that type a lot but I know they are good people too.

    Props, LIS.

Expat has a story about an LSI, an SEE and an LSE. He might tell you if you've been a good boy.
Ideas don't determine who's right. Power determines who's right. And I have the power. So I'm right.

    Ah okay.

It went like this. In my previous job, in Belgium, there was a disagreement between the plant director and the workers, who then used a lame excuse to organize a (legal) one-day strike.

The LSE plant manager then called all workers to the floor of the plant the next day, in order to give them a dressing-down. Then the SEE trade union representative said, in a loud voice, to the LSE plant manager, "this one-day- strike is the ONLY thing you have achieved here, in this plant, since you took this position. Nothing more!" The LSE seemed to have been slapped in the face, he did not change expression or anything, but seemed to be at a loss. The LSI process manager then, said, coldly, to the SEE, "you know, that's not the way to speak to the plant manager. Shut up now". And the guy did shut up.
