“No, no, the play on words isn’t even cringe-worthy. I’m worried about the Pun.” Seeing Bartholomew’s raised eyebrow Grease pointed over his shoulder into the restaurant.
Immediately Bartholomew looked and wished he hadn’t. Sitting on the far end of the counter was a pink sphere. That alone was weird, but the pink sphere had a circular mouth lined by glistening teeth. That alone was weirder, but those teeth were biting through a metal ketchup-dispenser. Finishing it rather quickly, the sphere wiggled until it was facing them and let out a low whine.
Bartholomew glanced toward Grease despondently. “And now you’re going to tell me that thing’s the Pun, aren’t you?”
