As a complete guess, I'd say Se ego; perhaps Se-dominant moreso. I'm just thinking about knowing they're there being Se (although thinking about it, that might be Fe.. I dunno, a bit ambiguous methinks) and the not touching could be to do with being in control perhaps? I dunno, I think a lot of it depends on what the person actually meant by the statement. Is it from any particular context?

"I want everybody to know we are there/to see us" - extroverted. can't say if it's EJ or EP. Ethical. There are no good reason for other people to know/see. It's enough if they just do.
"but for nobody to be able to touch us" - lack of Si values? Or just lack of Si in ego block. Could be a power game, which would make SEE logical. I did consider ENFj - extroverted, ethical and weak Si. But this is not something I might say.

my first impression was ESTP...like they want to be seen, but not have their territory invaded by being touched.

Unless this was a bunch of girls going out to a club and wanting to look pretty, but not get grabbed, in which case it could be ANY type.

It was said to a friend of mine by his girlfriend. From his descriptions I was thinking either ESI or EIE for her.

He described how she tried to mold him into an LIE, some corporate executive type, from which that sentence comes from. And other gamma valuing things. But on the other hand, she seems to be quite passionate and after a fight when she stormed out she complained about why he didn't just call her as she would've just "caved in" at his demands.

Oh and the being touched is meant in a "nobody can do anything to us because we are just to powerful" way. Not in a "I don't want people physically touching me" way.
