Rationality and your feelings about Anger

Sometimes, I feel rather proud to be a Rational type, because Rational types are angry and expressive. I like to get angry, it makes me feel that I'm a powerful person, and that I'm in control of situations. Except that I'm not.

I get angry easily, because I have to deal with situations I don't like. Sometimes, I feel the urge to unwind, and then, when the stress is too high, I get a very loud voice, accompanied by rigid and brutal body language. I tell obscenities against people I don't like. All this without having a bad mood or getting physical.

But most of the time, anger is not appropriate. At social situations, at home, or even on the street. When someone gets angry, he/she may look retarded to others. I probably have acquired some bad reputation at school (before being expelled from it in 2005) or community life.
