Default Tony Blair and John Major

In the clip below, Tony Blair appears at around 2:00.

Note the differences in relation to the Brown/Cameron exchange. What is Blair using? The same as Cameron?

    And a shorter one, different:

My analysis of the first clip, starting at around 2 min when Blair gets to speak.

Unlike Cameron, Blair is not concerned with Fe there, he's actually trying to clarify a Te subject. He actually shows impatience with Fe, when he complains, "he shakes his head". The way I see it, he was really expecting a detailed answer from Major, who reacted dismissively.

It's a very different take from Cameron, who was out to ridicule Brown and had fun doing it.

The second clip, with his "weak weak weak", shows a bit of that, but I think it's more about Blair's own satisfaction with his leadership role and his contempt for Major's.
