Thread: New Test Experiment: PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS (Delta Version)

  1. #1

Default New Test Experiment: PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS (Delta Version)

    PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Ok. A new theory is currently being concocted in my mind. Now I need to do some experimenting. If you recall, I did something similar before. The tests I used, though, were very superficial in nature. Now I have a much better test. If and only if you are an INFj/EII, do take the following test:

    (1) http://mindmedia.com/braintest.html

Once you have finished, post your result in the poll.

Afterward (of lesser importance), if you have the time, you may take this other test:
    (2) http://web.tickle.com/tests/brain/au...index_main.jsp

If you feel inclined to do so, you may post the results to test # 2 in a thread post. DO NOT USE THE RESULTS OF TEST #2 TO POST IN THE POLL.

    You are Left-brained

Most left-brained people like you feel at ease in situations requiring verbal ability, attention to detail, and linear, analytical ability. Whether you know it or not, you are a much stronger written communicator than many, able to get your ideas across better than others.

It's also likely that you are methodical and efficient at many things that you do. You could also be good at math, particularly algebra, which is based on very strict rules that make sense to your logical mind.

I actually don't agree with the results of this test. I am definitely either balanced or right-brain dominant. I am not prone to logic, science, technology or law.

PS. I accidently voted wrong. (See? Right brained!!) Hahaha! j/k

    Your Brain Usage Profile:
    Auditory : 68%
    Visual : 31%
    Left : 53%
    Right : 46%

Christi, you are mildly left-hemisphere dominant while showing a slight preference for auditory processing. This overall combination seems to indicate a well-working blend of logic and judgment and organization, with sufficient intuition, perception and creativity to balance that dominance.

You will at times experience conflict between how you feel and what you think which will generally be resolved in favor of what you think. You will find yourself interested in the practical applications of whatever material you have learned or whatever situation you face and will retain the ability to refine whatever knowledge you possess or aspects of whatever position you are in.

By and large, you will orient yourself toward intellectual activities and structure. Though not rigid, you will schedule yourself, plan, and focus on routine and continuity of operations, rather than on changes and disruptions

When changes or disruptions occur, you are likely to consider first how to ensure that such disruptions do The same balance is reflected in your sensory preference. You will tend to be reflective and measured in your interaction style. For the most part, you will be considered objective without being cold and goal-oriented while retaining the capacity to listen to others.

Preferentially you learn by listening and maintaining significant internal dialogues with yourself. Nevertheless, you have sufficient visualization capabilities to benefit from using graphs, charts, doodles, or even body movement to enhance your comprehension and memory.

To the extent that you are even implicitly aware of your hemispheric dominance and sensory style, you will feel most comfortable in those arenas which emphasize verbal skills and logic. Teaching, law, and science are those that stand out among the professions, along with technical sales and management.

I thought I would be right-brained and auditory for sure, but got left-brain visual. I thought this was weird and then other infjs started posting similar results so. . . I don't know. Could be the test.
