Default ISTp and ISFp on dangerous sloths

Just a warning: this is beyond silly. But if more than one of you answers this correctly, I'm gonna laugh my ass off for a month. My ISFp sister is afraid of sloths. She told me her reasoning, and I found it so funny and bizarre I told my ex: "X is afraid of sloths. You're never gonna guess why." He says, "Because blah blah blah blah blah." and GOT IT. No preface whatsoever, he immediately understood why she didn't like sloths. It's nothing I would ever consider a normal reason, but apparently she and he were on the same wavelength. An Si thing? Maybe... So I just wanna know, if I ask MORE ISTps, will you all manage to come up with the same answer?

This is for my own personal amusement, yes.

Why is my sister afraid of sloths?

i was thinking the huge claws would be the major threat.

otherwise, wtf? i mean can they even come at you fast enough to be remotely threatening?

LOL. You guys crack me up. Well, the closest one was one of Implied's answers... here it is. My sister says, "Okay, you know how slow sloths are, right? I think they're deceptively slow. They're saving all their energy. They move soooo sloooooowwwly.. Soooooo carefully. AND THEN THEY POUNCE!! You're dead!! And THEN they eat your head. Sloooooooooowwwwly....

And yes, somehow he managed to figure this out all on his own...

LOL! I had a friend who had a sloth as a pet. I was over at his house for a party, and he wanted to introduce me. When he took the little guy out of his enclosure, he said "Be careful, I've shown him to a bunch of people already, and he's a little irritable." So out comes the sloth, who looks at me and starts to take a swipe at me.
The swipe came at me so slowly I had time to calmly step backwards out of its way.
    Still cracks me up.
I think your ISTp gave his answer to be facetious - I think it was just a lucky guess. I can't imagine an ISTp being afraid of a sloth.
I think it's pretty funny that some of the other ISTp responses have nothing to do with sloths - some of them seem like they misread it for slug, but it still could be them just making a joke!

Where can you get a sloth for pet purposes? Something tells me that's probobly not legal.

This is a guy who could get away with anything (<-blatant overexaggeration). When I lived with him, he had a sailfin dragon, 3 bearded dragons, a hedgehog, a flying squirrel, a gecko, several fish, snails, and other small lizards, 3 ball pythons ... and of course we always had hundreds if not thousands of crickets temporarily living in the garage (he would have fedex deliver 2000 every month!). I used to joke that I was just another member of the menagerie ... when I moved out, he got a 4-foot-long Komodo dragon, and when it died he got the sloth. The sloth lived in the guest bedroom, which is where I was when I lived there. So my joke may just be true ...
