Default Picture Test - Rmcnew is back into making tests!!!

Here you go my beautiful peoples ... ! A new picture test that gives you a socionics type [though I was lazy and wrote the type MBTI style] ...

    Link here ...

    http://www.the16types.info/tests/

Feedback please and be bold and post what type it gives you first time around you take it, thanks ...

    Something wrong with the test?
When I choose an option for question C, the option I chose in B disappears, and vice versa.

And there's a repeat of the question:
"If you had to paint something [your house, a painting, easter eggs] would you perfer the color combination to the left or to the right ... ?"

It was a bug and I just fixed it ... the second repeat is intentional, although it may not be a good repeat taking how short the test is and how similar the color schemes are ...

gave me INFJ but some of the radio buttons seem a bit strange - for example my choice in Section C took away my choice in Section B

and my choice in the second colour question took away my choice in the first colour question, but there's still 2 selected between the 4 choices so when I submitted it, I had nothing selected for the first question and both options selected for the second question

    fun test though!

Well, it did give me INFj. Some of the options in Part 1 I found very limiting though (Q. 2 & 3, I believe). Not sure how the Part 2 stuff worked out.

Hmmm ... well, the last few tests show some slight correspondence there. I suppose the code that calculates type could do with some slight tweaking to account for subtype possibilities and the like.

It is suppose to be socionics ... surprisingly this seems to be one of my better tests considering the thing mostly consisted of pictures. Many of my experimental tests with this technique where complete flops. I am starting to think I should develop this one further.

Yeah, the J and P seems to be off 50% of the time and the E and the I maybe 25% of the time.

I actually got a Keirseyan vibe when I took this one tbh, most particularly for #2:

Quantam mechanics theorist who seeks the truth: SJ
    Music theorist who encaptures/enchants: SP
Scientist who studies using scientific methods: NT
Activist who determines justice by uniting and protesting: NF

At least part one had a very MBTI feel to it to me.

Yeah, except that I can tell you right now clicking those options is not necessarily going to give you those results. It is rather close though.

Question: If I could change the world any which way that I could ever possibly imagine, what role would I play and which role would I place the uttermost confidence in ... ?

Easy Answer: An activist who spreads awareness and/or uses diplomacy to help people solve their problems.

    I couldn't answer the fire/air/water/earth one.
The descriptions don't fit the symbols well at all.
Air/fire = shallow, spreads and fills space?
Earth/water= essentially calm and solid/dense by nature?

Water = calm??? Water has the capacity to be
    shallow anddeep,
to spread and fill and mold itself to its environment as well as to create new space,
to be calm and a torrent,
to change its environment by cutting deep and hard, or by making slow changes,
to encourage growth and/or drown it out,
to wash away the garbage and the valuable
and under certain conditions, to be solid/dense.

If i were to choose a symbol, it would be water hands down.
If i were to choose from "shallow, spreads and fills space" vs "essentially calm and solid/dense by nature"...i'd probably be spreads and fills space (in the way that water does, not in the way that fire does).

I don't think that the questions relating to colors are going to give useful input.

hey, i included drowning and torrents in my description of water
i make no pretense that water is always a good thing

oh wait, i just realized that you might have been responding more to the "water = calm" symbolism thing...which wasn't mine.
if that's the case, ignore this post please. heheh

    i agree on the seasons
i had a tough time on the magnet/electricity one as well, but i just flat out couldn't answer the fire/air/water/earth one

one problem of using symbolism in tests is that symbols can have different meanings to even the same person....
and more often than not has different meanings/associations amongst different people(s)
