Wow, Expat, the quality of your picture has been massively enhanced. It looks much better now it's not shittily pixelated.

Mine is a mix of LIE, EIE and SLE, sometimes with a bit of LSE thrown in.

    Is that so?

Anyway, how do you reach these conclusions? Obviously an emphasis on ego functions, particularly the first, but what else? How is this different from sober times?

Oh, to find you in dreams - mixing prior, analog, and never-beens... facts slip and turn and change with little lucidity. except the strong, permeating reality of emotion.

Edit: What do you mean by "toe the line," Expat? Follow the rules more closely, or live closer to "what one can get away with?"

    I believe it's a different picture, Ezra.

When you're sober, you're less likely to make this kind of sweeping, simplistic statements.

It's the ego with a bit of hidden agenda and quadra generally, "shaped" my my observations.

The former. I didn't realize it would be ambiguous.

Mmm. I generally read "toe the line" as "come close to crossing the line." But I've been informed that this is wrong by multiple people in my immediate vicinity My apologies.

In the Britiish Parliament, the government and opposition MPs sit at at opposite sides, facing each other. There is a line on the floor in front of the front benches. They are meant to prevent the MPs from fighting each other (as they were prone to, in the old days). So if two MPs would stand on the floor and start shouting at each other, the Speaker would say, "toe the line!" to prevent them from actually fighting.

    I see.

Which type would ridicule others for "doing more than they have to" when drunk? I tend to rant about how I get away with a bunch of shit by ingratiating myself with my teachers and managing to stay in school despite not doing anything that's really expected of me. It does make me feel bad, though, because it sounds sometimes like I'm "manipulating them," which I'm really not; just getting in their good graces and participating in class. The subjective breaks I get, well, they're just a coincidence , of course

Not sure. I can see any Alpha or Beta irrational doing that. Although perhaps most typically SLE, based on Marlon Brando's memoirs (which are not very revealing about his life, but are very revealing socionically).

So you don't do what I do. I don't work at all except for big assignments. I often miss class (which is required at my school). I just take tests and am good to my female teachers The male ones, I have to either intimidate and make them feel like I'm smarter than them, or if they're too confident, just make a generally favorable impression and participate a lot in their class. Every class I've been in so far I rightfully should have failed or been kicked out of for missing too many classes, and yet after three semesters I'm still in school AND have all of my financial aid (minus work study; I'm no teacher's errand boy). I could go into detail about what other specifics I've gotten away with in each class, but I think you get the point.

Oh okay yeah I don't do that. I generally go to class, pay extreme attention when I'm there, and then do nothing (school related) when not there.

Those are great Expat I like the practical side of socionics that shows us sides of ourselves based upon observation.

IEI: "everybody else is so naive".

I do recall a time or two, when drunk at parties, I've spent hours in discussion with others trying to get them to see the bigger picture heh (Ofc paradoxically I am always painfully aware of my own naivety in other things)

Comment on the avatar Ezra commented on: yes wasn't she drinking tea in the previous pic? Btw I think she got back in power the other week heh.

I am extremely drunk right now...mostly because my tolerance is that of a five-year-old. I just tested INFp and have been playing guitar hero III and watching porn for the past hour. I honestly don't know why I'm making this post. If I were to coin my perception of my superiority over others with a phrase, I would say, "they are just soo dumb..."....but that's not type-related, I just find most people ignorant and/or stupid.

but I love you guys....except for niffweed cause he put me on his 'ignore list'.....gee....fuck ya niffy, I'd drop your ass in a second anyway.....

My drunken musings tend to revolve around why people can't give each other the benefit of the doubt and/or swallow their pride. When I witness how this affects relationships between people to the negative (like last weekend, what a catastrophe), it's all I can think about even for days afterward.

I wasn't sure how to summarize the SEE, that's one I'm least happy with.

I meant to convey the image that the SEE is essentially a go-getter kind of person who's usually unafraid and will find a way to try something, especially in social situations -- often falling on their faces or shooting themselves in the foot, true, but trying again without missing a beat. So the only thing I could think of was the "helpless" thing. I will think of something else.

I might say closed-minded rather than small-minded, but that's almost the same thing so yeah.

Or narrow-minded. That would work too.

When I'm drunk I try to get anyone within eye distance make out with me. Okay, maybe that was just one time. Generally I just laugh a lot and am really drowsy.

I sometimes think "everyone else is so boring" besides the person I'm talking to. Or if I'm not interested in that person, I try to exit the conversation to find someone interesting to talk to. I also tend to think "everyone is too stressed". Sometimes I do think people are naive or blind to stuff that seems clear to me but I don't need to be drunk to think that. Usually if I let myself get a bit tipsy (not often) it's because I'm trying to relax and have fun, not ponder the meaning of the universe.

There was this gay guy at my high school, and a lot of people took the piss out of him, including one guy, who met him at a party, and goes "arrrr, I fucking love you, Rik, if I ever take the piss out of you again you can hit me mate". I'm pretty sure that was not the last time he took the piss.
