Bilgisayar çağının getirileriyle beraber el ve bilek ağrıları, en yaygın üst ekstremite şikayetlerinden biri haline gelmiştir ligamentleri. Eklem, kapsülle çevrilidir ve aşağıda belirtilen ligamentlerce de kuvvetlendirilir:

* Palmar radiokalpar ligament
* Dorsal radiokalpar ligament
* Ulnar kollateral ligament (başparmak)
* Radial kollateral ligament (başparmak)

Belirtilen ligamentlerin derin yüzeyini, radiusun distal ucunun kenarından ve eklem diskinden karpal kemiklerin eklem yüzeylerinin kenarına kadar sinoviyal zar kaplar. Gevşek, serbest durur ve sayısız kıvrım oluşturur, özellikle de arka tarafta hareketleri. Bu eklemin izin verdiği hareketler fleksiyon (bükme), ekstensiyon (germe), addüksiyon (orta hata yaklaştırma) ve abdüksiyondur (orta hattan uzaklaştırma). Birleşmiş karpal kemikleri sayesinde bu hareketler gerçekleşir resimler. Sağ posterior distal radius, ulna, karpallar ağ anterior distal radius, ulna, karpallar karpal kemikleri el bileğinin ligamentleri, anterior, el bileğinin ligamentleri, posterior. b) LIIs have Ti as base function, and Ti sucks.
c) LIIs have Fe as dual-seeking, and Fe sucks.
d) LIIs have Si as hidden agenda, and Si sucks.
e) LIIs have Ne as creative function, and Ne doesn't exactly suck but my duals don't like it much.

take a + b + c + d +e --> LIIs suck.

That's rather accurate except proposition A, but it is only a minor quibble. It would be better to say that "LIIs are Alphas, and the Alpha quadra blows...a lot." And again that is quite an accurate assessment, and it must be since you mentioned the functions in your post, showing clear knowledge of the functions.
