In this particular test, they do indeed differ, depending mostly on what kind of activities I have performed the days before the test (ex. if I had to work on a particularly repetitive project I would sign as "high" the point on whether I tend to check for previously estabilished procedures). However this doesn't happen for every type of test, in the Big 5 my scores tend to be always the same.Originally Posted by snegledmaca

By focusing on the strongest configuration of cognitive processes, your pattern of responses most closely matches individuals of this type: INTJ

Introverted Intuiting (Ni): Transforming with a meta-perspective. Withdrawing from the world and focusing your mind to receive an insight or realization. Checking if synergy results. Trying out a realization to transform things.
Support (Auxilliary) Process
Extraverted Thinking (Te): Measuring and constructing for progress. Making decisions objectively based on evidence and measures. Checking if things function properly. Applying a procedure to control events and complete goals.

actually i'm very surprised at how well the questions for that cognitiveprocesses test were structured. in part i may have manipulated the questions there based on what element i thought they were dealing with, which may have affected my results. however, i was very surprised at how well an MBTI test like that correlated with socionics functions. it's not perfect though; i think my scores for Ne and Si are probably too high. Si might be the single function that they misinterpreted the most, from a socionics standpoint. their handling of Se probably isn't great either.
even so, i actually like the functional mapping of this test a reasonable amount.

It's usually pretty easy to tell when I'm being an asshole. I have a hard time holding back when I feel angry with someone But yes, I was being honest.
this test seems really good in a socionics sense... very high rate of corelation

Do you mean you think people are intentionally not getting the "right" results? I don't think that's been happening. It's just what happens with tests.Originally Posted by dee
No; precisely my point, though I do think it's intended to do such in this test.

It's interesting how my scores came out this time. I have been feeling better lately than I have in a while, and I think that has something to do with it.
