    Summary Analysis of Profile
By focusing on the strongest configuration of cognitive processes, your pattern of responses most closely matches individuals of this type: INTP (MBTT)... INTj Soc.

    Lead (Dominant) Process
Introverted Thinking (Ti): Gaining leverage (influence) using a framework. Detaching to study a situation from different angles and fit it to a theory, framework or principle. Checking for accuracy. Using leverage to solve the problem.

    Support (Auxilliary) Process
Extraverted Intuiting (Ne): Exploring the emerging patterns. Wondering about patterns of interaction across various situations. Checking what hypotheses and meanings fit best. Trusting what emerges as you shift a situation’s dynamics.

If these cognitive processes don't fit well then consider these types: ENTP, or INFP

Really? They're are remarkably consistent for me. And I have tried deliberately varying my answers, and answering according to mood.

In this particular test, they do indeed differ, depending mostly on what kind of activities I have performed the days before the test (ex. if I had to work on a particularly repetitive project I would sign as "high" the point on whether I tend to check for previously estabilished procedures). However this doesn't happen for every type of test, in the Big 5 my scores tend to be always the same.

My Fi usage surprises me a lot. Could an SLE really be that low on Fe and yet so high on Fi? Could they have excellent use of Te, and yet average use of Ti?

    My results give:

That's LSI and SLI on a tie. Sorry, dee, I didn't know how to find out which was highest for me as your instructions weren't clear enough. Nonetheless, let me compliment you on your idea. Very inventive.

actually i'm very surprised at how well the questions for that cognitiveprocesses test were structured. in part i may have manipulated the questions there based on what element i thought they were dealing with, which may have affected my results. however, i was very surprised at how well an MBTI test like that correlated with socionics functions. it's not perfect though; i think my scores for Ne and Si are probably too high. Si might be the single function that they misinterpreted the most, from a socionics standpoint. their handling of Se probably isn't great either.

even so, i actually like the functional mapping of this test a reasonable amount.

    Ti 35.7
    Te 49.0
    Fi 23.4
    Fe 9.7
    Si 35.9
    Se 12.6
    Ni 36.8
    Ne 36.5
    -----------------------
    TiNe 7.23
    TiSe 9.34
    TeNi 6.04
    TeSi 4.31
    FiNe 6.01
    FiSe 2.83
    FeSi 1.23
    FeNi 2.58
    SiTe 9.34
    SiFe 2.83
    SeTi 4.31
    SeFi 1.23
    NiTe 13.23
    NiFe 6.01
    NeTi 6.04
    NeFi 2.58

I won't be able to do the excel half of the deal until I get on a campus computer, but for the meantime here are my results:

Extraverted Feeling (Fe): Building trust through giving relationships. Empathically responding to others' needs and take on their needs and values as your own. Checking for respect and trust. Giving and receiving support to grow closer to people.

    Support (Auxilliary) Process
Introverted Sensing (Si): Stabilizing with a predictable standard. Carefully comparing a situation to the customary ways you’ve come to rely on. Checking with past experiences. Stabilizing a situation and invest for future security.

If these cognitive processes don't fit well then consider these types: ISFJ, or ENFJ
Some of these I wanted to pick inbetween the 5 choices. I tried my best to go with an answer and stick with it.

Extraverted Intuiting (Ne): Exploring the emerging patterns. Wondering about patterns of interaction across various situations. Checking what hypotheses and meanings fit best. Trusting what emerges as you shift a situation’s dynamics.

do you realize that in all your similar previous comments you were using DiNardi's model (see first post) and neither socionics nor MBTT one?

ENTp? My highest score was Fi.

It's usually pretty easy to tell when I'm being an asshole. I have a hard time holding back when I feel angry with someone But yes, I was being honest.

Do you mean you think people are intentionally not getting the "right" results? I don't think that's been happening. It's just what happens with tests.

No; precisely my point, though I do think it's intended to do such in this test.

Whatever it was testing for I put "not me" on that one!
I always feel that (if we're talking about the inanimate world) I walk outside at night and get a big grin on my face (even when I'm not high) because of just how beautiful it is. It's honestly a little rush of joy I feel. That's the sort of thing this question is talking about right?

I think so, and I think it's best used as a test for Alphas, and perhaps IEIs

It's interesting how my scores came out this time. I have been feeling better lately than I have in a while, and I think that has something to do with it.

What's up with the scoring though? Why is this coming out ILI?

    • SeTi 3.83
      SeFi 1.47

    Si 18.8

    Summary Analysis of Profile
By focusing on the strongest configuration of cognitive processes, your pattern of responses most closely matches individuals of this type: INTJ

    Lead (Dominant) Process
Introverted Intuiting (Ni): Transforming with a meta-perspective. Withdrawing from the world and focusing your mind to receive an insight or realization. Checking if synergy results. Trying out a realization to transform things.

    Support (Auxilliary) Process
Extraverted Thinking (Te): Measuring and constructing for progress. Making decisions objectively based on evidence and measures. Checking if things function properly. Applying a procedure to control events and complete goals.

If these cognitive processes don't fit well then consider these types: ENTJ, or ISTJ
