If I've used it, it was in the first few months I was here. But Bionicgoat is right, I've found that emoticon fucking annoying for long as I can remember. To be clear, others sometimes use it in ways I don't find annoying, but I just can't bring myself to use it because it just feels weird somehow. I have felt that way about the emoticon for as long as I can remember, too.
