Default The Role of Each Function in Alpha Quadra Values

While there is often talk of how valuing Ne, Si, Ti, and Fe makes up Alpha Quadra, it at times feels as if the interrelation between the functions in the quadra are not always explored to the fullest. So how do each of the eight functions contribute to Alpha Quadra values?

ETA: Of course it should be kept in mind that these functions do not necessarily operate independently of each other, but in conjoining blocked pairs. But both aspects could easily be explored in this thread.

More like how Alpha Quadra treats each function and the role each function plays in the determination of Alpha Quadra values.

    - Fe: ?
    - Si: ?
    - Ti: ?
    - Ne: ?
    - Fi: ?
    - Se: ?
    - Te: ?
    - Ni: ?
