i would say that changeability depend on inertia of nervous system processes and strength of the excitation and repression forces in the system, also how equal in magnitude these forces are, so a static EP would have low inertia as well as strong forces. since they would be equal, the type can stop just as easily as excite. EJ, from how i understood it, is able to switch quickly, but the fact the supression force is weak, might make EJ to "dwell" on the previous for longer, though perhaps doing in parallel with the new job or whatever. Ne EP makes most sense. not sure which one here.
