What do you find on ILI ? What makes you attracted by ILI dudes/girls ?

i like that i have to work for everything i get from them- a smile, a laugh, etc., i like that they are willing to help me get my shit together. i like that they love my crazy, irrational ways and love me for me. i like that im the only one that will take their shit and understand why they're giving me shit and love them anyway. i like the intellectual conversations and debates we're able to have and fight to the death and then kiss and make up ten minutes later. i like that they're like my untapped secret that no one knows about but me... no one knows how special, unique, and deeply misunderstood they are. i like that no one can make them laugh but me. it gives me a greater purpose than just making some meaningless dumbass laugh (which i still do about 99% of time time). i like how i never have to doubt their love for all of the above reasons. i feel so lucky to have them as my dual. You can agree- in which case high five. Or you can disagree- in which case, you just proved my point. Either way I don't care because I love every "nerdy" inch of them. :wink:

well they're both rationals @ loners. they're highly strategic, basically demand independance in their own thinking process. they're "individuating," as parents and probably that way as bosses, too.

I thnk ENTJ's are warmer, though, a little bit more silly, a little more externally tough and INTPs are drawn more to sleek design and modernism. I think some of those inclinations are apparent in the duals that each pair with.

The Protector is going to be more oriented towards grit than a performer. a protector is going to be slightly more task oriented where a performer values presentation. the ENTJ/ISFJ's pairing is based more on a person focus in feildmarshaling and protecting whereas INTP & ESFP are going to be more focused on individual achivement and also PR. Both share an inclination towards marketing, but an ENTJ puts more emphasis on warmth and and INTP and his mate will focus more on pure appeal, which i think presents a little bit more mastery technically speaking for the INTP where the ENTJ will possibly show a better ability to relate to people and both abilities have value.

What you're writing is like value versus devalue

well i suposse that the examination of mirror relationships would produce a positive vs negative effect since they contain all the same functions in opposition. i hope jargon doesn't stop an interesting thread, but ive probably said enough about it. i think socionics is lacking a less technical discription of the interactions of the types and intertype relationships, that could be more based on experience and less on research or theory. in fact i think that's what will make socionics accessable by everyone at some point.
