INTj in medical school with the intention to work with research afterwards. I could have chosen something like biochemistry immideatly, but this way I don't have to choose which subject to specialise in until AFTER I have studied them on the basic level, a back up job and an essentially guarranteed place in a research group combined with a better pay than the other PhD students...

I'm also considering whether to ditch technical in favor of management, and whether or not to persue an MBA, moreso now that I realized I'm really an ENTj. I already have an MSEE. I'll have to talk to you offline sometime.

I have the equivalent of a college education, but it's generalized. I'm sort of a jack-of-all-trades in a lot of different subjects.

EDIT: I went to a community college for a bit, but hated it so much that I DP'd. I already new all the material in my college english course, and the other coursed were taught horribly. The critical reading class was a joke. I learned how to read critically when I was 14.

I found the whole community college/university process to be very materialistic. Everyone obsessed with gettting their precious credits and having a good GPA. I think I was the only one concerned with actually learning, although I didn't want to be there in the first place.

    INTj.

My ideal task would be researching neurobiology and genetics, and synthesize the two fields in such a manner as to make practical benefits from them in areas such as the prison system and politics, hopefully furthering the possibility for an egalitarian society.

I studied journalism and was a newspaper reporter for a long time, but that pays really badly and I was falling behind, so I became an executive assistant (well-paid secretary) and did much better financially but didn't like my job too much.

    Then I became a stay-at-home mom/housewife. I like what I do now Oh except that housecleaning part. . . And the laundry part . . .
