lol because some people keep it in the mouth of the bottle so the beer runs past it every time they take a sip

I would like to have fun with my PoLR, but I still can't find it.

Corona, mas Mexico en el mundo.

Corona is the ultimate.. wait no it isn't Sol is the ultimate cheap Mexican beer.

In Mexico they like to keep adding lime into everything as they eat/drink it (I'm picking this habit up myself) this explains the lime. These people are lime nuts. I've never seen a lemon in Mexico.

I'm not questioning the presence of the lime. I'm questioning why it's still in the neck of the bottle, as if it has just been served, and yet the bottle is not full.

It's popular to leave the lime sticking out of the top of the bottle while you're drinking it (instead of pushing it in)?

I don't even understand how it would be possible to drink it with the lime sticking out of the end of the bottle like that.

That is what I was thinking! I think it would be better to squeeze the juice into the bottle, or squeeze it into a separate container and pour it in the bottle... this would ensure more lime juice per unit volume of beer and be much more effective... I mean if it's in the mouth (of the bottle) like that you'd have to feel it in your mouth every time you drink, and if it were me, I'm sure I'd just accidentally pour it all over myself attempting to drink it with the lime in the way. Er... But then what's the point of mixing it with lime juice anyway?

    Corona with lime.

    Purchase shitty beer from Bartender.
Bartender serves with lime in top of bottle as pic posted suggests.
Grab beer, push lime down in bottle with finger, sometimes licking finger because you now have sticky lime juice on it... or use napkin depending on where you're at or who you're with. You're drinking a corona so this doesn't really matter.
......Insert this step since some do this and others don't, put thumb over top of bottle and hold full bottle with lime inside upside down for a second or two to get the refreshing lime taste all the way through the shitty beer you're consuming. then tilt bottle back down slowly or it will flow over forcing you to chug it and that sucks.
Drink beer with lime way down in the bottle and not in the way as leaving it in the neck of the bottle is fucking retarded and doesn't make sense unless you want said beverage to spill all over your shirt.
People in Florida know not how to drink Corona correctly if they leave the lime in... obviously there are no mexicans in FL to show how it's really done... There may be those who speak close to the same language but differ completely if people actually leave the lime in the top of bottle like pic posted showed.

With this post I say... Joy has a valid point.

Then it would be in the bottle... though it still seems a terribly inefficient way to drink beer. Damn those college kids and their illogical trends! And wouldn't it be unwise to bring glass bottles onto a beach?

yeah, i see this as totally different than sticking out of the bottle. Still makes more sense to push it the rest of the way down into the bottle.
Living in AZ there was ALWAYS corona on special everywhere so I used to drink it quite a bit. Now if I drink Mexican beer it's usually Tecate.

Default POLR and what you do to go to sleep when

This topic is about what you do, or feel like you can do to help yourself, when you are trying to go to sleep but cannot.

I once heard an ISFp say something to the effect of: sometimes before he goes to sleep, he will "do" something or accomplish something, so that he can feel like he was productive in some way. This perhaps can be seen as related to the Te polr.

For myself, I realize I feel better if I plan things. That is what relieves my stress the most, or what I feel like allows me say "ok, I did something important that I need to do", or allows me to feel like it is ok if I sleep. I think that can easily relate to an Ni polr.

Have you experienced anything like this yourself?
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

~an extraverted consciousness is unable to believe in invisible forces.
~a certain mysterious power that may prove terribly fascinating to the extraverted man, for it touches his unconscious.

Following that model, there are two possibilities for me.

If I am an LIE, my late night work out can be described as related to my Si PoLR. Basically, I burn myself out so that I have no energy left, because the times I can't get to sleep are when I have too much energy because I haven't been active enough. I have a need to expend energy.

If I am LSE, I basically don't care about what time it is or how long my work out will last (Ni PoLR), I just want/need to do something. I focus on the current problem, and I sort it. It could take me an hour, but the problem must be solved. I don't keep track of time.

I don't really see how Fi PoLR in the SLE would relate to any of what I do when I can't to sleep. Maybe when I was a kid, I stormed into my mum's room or something: "I CAN'T GET TO SLEEEEEEEP" taking no interest or putting any importance on their own sleep. But that would be a lie. In reality, when I was a kid, if I had a problem - like I was sick or something - I'd deal with it myself. The last time I told my mum I couldn't get to sleep was before the summer, on the night of my first exam, and that was to get some sleeping pills because I didn't know where they were. She was sympathetic.
