    acement?

    I have found this useful. If not the first step in typing someone, maybe the second or third step.

    no the best way is to look at the ego functions, but sometimes I see people on this forum who type people using the POLR.

    Yeah other functions help me a lot.
    I still have to figure out the 7th and 8th though. And 4th and 6th need some tweaking too (c:

    Yes, that is sometimes quite a reliable complementing method.

    It's much harder to type by PoLR, as although one might assume that a function that is weak is actually their PoLR when in reality, there is a weaker function, it is simply less evident. It's much easier to type by those functions which are clearly visible and strong/used by individuals.

    It's not about choosing one over the other. It depends on what's more obvious in any particular situation.
