There are too many variables to effectively utilize (or even create) the sort of descriptions you're talking about.
I have recently come to realize how I have some trouble understanding the way of living of construct-creating negativist. A life spent working practically towards the avoidance of mistakes, compared to emotion-creating positivists, a life spent towards actively bridging gaps between people. The complementarity is clear, but their motivations are alien to me.
