It's very hard to tell. The dude to the right of him with the sunglasses, though, looks very ESTj, IMO.

I'd guess that the guy with the cigarette is some irrational-logical type. ENTp, ESTp as my preferred choices, but perhaps ISTp too.
I wouldn't have thought ESTj for him, and I agree with Baby.
