One of my best friends is an LSI.

Music he likes most: Techno

So kraftwerk is a good choice.

My ISTj mother likes musicals a lot (lots of Fe I guess). She doesn't really listen to music very often on her own though. Once in awhile she'll listen to the Nora Jones CD she owns. (Si and Fe)

The socionical legitimacy of this question is questionable.
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

My LSI female buddies listen to a lot of oriented music, such as the musicals (already mentioned above), very style singing ala Josh Groban, overwrought basically with emotion (eek!) ... in general I believe LSIs listen to mainstream adult alternative

For music I like anything with lots of positive in it I guess... I also love songs about individuality and being proud of who you are, as well as love songs about finding somebody you truly admire.

This content can warm up an LSI...

The singing dude is probably LSI, the singing girl is probably EIE.

A proof that, when required, logical types can be very warm and expressive.

No, I don't hate LSI

Default Is this LSI music?

Don't respond unless you listen to at least half of it, since the first minute is totally unlike the rest of the piece.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

I don't know if I'd be sitting in my room listening to that...but...

Yeah, there's a time and place for everything. If I really dig a song, I'll put it on repeat and listen to it a billion times.

Who can tell if it's LSI music or not? They are Realists, so real artists is what they prefer, like live music not movie music...

Although, I even like live music if it's good.

I would say that it's not LSI music, but I couldn't offer a really good reason.

What are you looking for then?
If not lyrics then the intensity of the rhythm?
What makes you ask whether it would be LSI music?

I can't say that's how I feel about it...

What music an LSI would like could be very different from what they could actually produce.
