Default ESFjs, math and performing calculations

This may be common, but I know an ESFj that does very well with calculating stuff. He's not good with like the hard stuff, like college math, but he's able to calculate big numbers in his head. I have heard of this before, as ESFjs make very good accountants. Anyone else find this true of ESFjs?

Yeah my ESFj husband is like this. Although he always acts like "why are you asking me for the answer?" but then he spits it out quickly and I look at him like "that's why" and then he smiles. LOL

IME, some ESFjs can get very fast and creative with how they solve numerical problems wrt practical applications - such as, how to cut fabric, ribbon, etc. and estimate required quantities for a project. If I remember correctly, they appear to work from many temporary "mental boxes" for storing numbers which they quickly modify between, trying on various scenarios until they get a comparative quantitative fit within a dynamic set of values that finally "feels" right. They are also apt to speak aloud when solving these problems, as if they almost need to say it in order to solve it (and are a bit enthusiastic and emotionally pushy in the process, from my perspective, ISO affirmation of their results). They are not inclined to write or draw out representations of their reasoning to help them along the way.
