    Default ENTp, INTp, or ENTj?

Discerning ENTp vs. INTp vs. ENTj: does anyone care to take a stab at this?

I know someone who tests as ENTp and fits some ENTp profiles (esp. MBTI ones). However, sometimes I wonder if he really is ENTj or INTp. How can I tell for sure?

First, his v.i. doesn't seem to match Ganin's alleged ENTps in any remarkable way. Then, I recently (finally) matched someone else IRL to the alleged ENTp energy and profile quite nicely (his facial animations are JUST like Martin Freeman's). So now I am doubting the former individual's ENTp-ness even more. Sigh.

agree with expat. many of those things point towards ENTp and away from any gamma NT.

I think ENTP, especially the part about leadership.

    Thanks, implied & Jarno ...

Your affirmations of his type are much appreciated.

If Martin Freeman, John Cleese, Jim Carey & Co. are also ENTps, then there must be some VERY different v.i. strands of ENTps due to subtypes. ENTps yet possible v.i. counter-examples: Dennis Quaid, Jack Nicholson ...

depends on how experienced you are with VI.

VI is many times near impossible. Therefor it mostly works only in real life. (IMO)

Well that is also because they are ENTps which exist in different fields and social functions, so they express their ENTp-nature differently to suit their environment, while still behaving as ENTps would, because while this is the type of John Cleese, Martin Freeman, etc. it is also the type of Albert Einstein, Stephen Hawking, and Richard Dawkins.

Personally, I think VI could only be possible through mannerisms and the way people do things. Not in facial structure. Anyone that says otherwise, I'd be tempted to say is talking bullshit.

Yes I used to think it was bullshit too.

Until you start to see similarities in people's faces. And I don't know if you should call it facial structures, but at least facial expressions.

Like for example our dual. SEE woman can be recognized (most of the time) by their eyebrowes, they have this open and suprised look.

There was this link of a video of an SEE woman, I'll find it for you...

edit: found it! three posts below.

oke some things could be catagorized as mannerisms.

but the lowering corners in her mouth are SEE indication too.
