I just realized, seeing it again, that Baby is Elmo. Or at least it sounds just like it.
The show is actually much better than I realized, it touches on a lot of themes

I used to love that show. I only vaguely remember it, though. The baby used to say "Knock-a-Mama" or something.

Not the mama! Because he would hit the dad for not being the mama... When I was little I used to have a tape of a lot of songs they made for those characters... "I said jump on the bed hit my daddy on the head, run around the house cause they tell me not to, I take every chance to make a poop in my pants, cause I'm the baby and you got to!" I still remember most of them actually.

That makes much more sense, lol. I found the show again on Youtube and saw an episode for the first time since the early 90s. It was surprisingly good.

I really do like the show, especially the episodes about the conflicts between the 2-legged and 4-legged dinosaurs over pistachios. When the 2-legged government tried to rationalize and explain why they were fighting it was because "We Are Right." But yes, it is a great show.
