LSE. he gives off a delta vibe imo. he's a boyscout: he wants Canadians to embrace traditional values (rebuilding the army, defending our borders more efficiently, honouring family values, etc. ). he also vowed to lower crime rate, and lower the national debt. he governs the country like a well-oiled machine: notice the recent rise of the looney at the expense of the american dollar. he also seems wooden and doesn't show much Se. there's no way he's Fe-seeking. made an extra effort to learn French in a short period of time to accomodate the whiners (Fi). he's calm, yet you'll notice that he seems somewhat internally tense when making speeches careful not to make any mistake. he's also currently writing a book on sports which could be linked to Si-creative.

I think Putin's speaking style is very stacatto-like, strict and controlled, whereas Stephen Harper's speech is flowing, mild, and rambling.
