How do members of Alpha quadra prefer to spend their free time?
Is this an example of alpha quadra?
Right now an alpha rational couple is sitting on a couch, talking about things, drinking wine (an older couple). But... is that how alphas like to spend their free time with each other?
List as many examples as possible.

Sitting around a table drinking alcohol while joking about everything funny that can be brought up, something that happened at work, with the neighbors, etc... I myself am a story teller and a comedian so I usually don't ever shut up during these times.
Sitting around playing video games and talking about how they're gonna kick eachother's butt all over the place no matter what game they play.

Sex if with someone, sex with themselves if not. :wink:
I find myself doing the sitting on the porch or on the couch drinking a glass of wine or beer thing all the time if I am in good company.
Anything new and fun/adventurous/outdoorsy, camping, hiking, kayaking, rockclimbing, rafting, etc...
I personally don't see all of this being alpha as much as it could be for everyone though. It's just stuff that I tend to do.
