Default How does superego block manifest in ESFps (Si,Fe)?

    1) Why are there so little posts about SEE?

    2) How does the superego block manifest in a SEE?
    She is wise
    beyond words
    beautiful within
    her soul
    brighter than
    the sun
    lovelier than
    love
    dreams larger
    than life
    and does not
    understand the
    meaning of no.
    Because everything
through her, and in her, is
    "Yes, it will be done."

We may have had an SEE or two, but they did not stay around very long it seems. What Expat said makes sense to me - I will try to keep it in mind when I deal with them in the future.

SEE don't seem likely to be very interested in socionics for very long, IMO.

They would enjoy having their dual give them the raw advice though... as is protocol for ESFx + INTx interaction.

i've known one SEE that was interested in socionics.

the rest started to giggle when i talked about how different people are. so i quickly changed the subject.

One of my ESFp friends has shown some interest when I've mentioned about personality typing before, but we've never really discussed it in detail.

That's the Super-Id block, is it not?
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

And welcome to the forums liveandletlive- its nice to see an actual SEE on the board.

To be honest, because the type in your signature was changing so much, I thought you were just joking around about being an ESFp. But if you say you are one, I don't have any good reason to doubt your conclusions. I am not surprised, but I find it odd how an ESFp would initially think that they are an INFp.

And you do sorta' VI as an xSFp.

Short answer: Se EP + Gamma Quadra values + Reinin dichotomies + a bunch on other things.

May I request the long answer? It is highly debatable that he values Gamma Quadra values- there is much justification to suggest that he values > .

the way ISFjs drive you nuts? i think if someone were preaching morals at you you'd be fucking pissed and pull the "close-minded" card or something. god knows i have heard more than enough out of you about the "bad moods" of ISFjs. i think you're an okay guy and all that from what little information i can surmise from the internet, but i really doubt you are an ethical type as well.

FDG, you can disagree and say I'm just stupid or something all you want, but...

All of the debates/arguments/"you don't make sense" I get from FDG are related to Te vs. Ti issues, and when he calls me cold/heartless/whatever, it's Fe vs. Fi. I'm about 97% sure he's Beta (with a 1.5% chance he's ESFp, a 1% chance of ESTj, and a .5% chance of none of the above).

I don't know what Expat and Aleesha are seeing in you that suggests that you value Fi/Te > Fe/Ti. I see some evidence of a Ti PoLR sometimes, but it's not much in comparison to everything I see that suggests Beta.

but you don't drive me nuts my dear

Oh and I can understand why people think I'm Ti. I'm not really opposed to that. It's when they say I value Fe that it's hard to agree? Emotional atmosphere? It seems like the more emotional are people around me usually, the more I shut down

If you're sure of your own type, and others don't seem to accept it, chances are they'll never be convinced. Like liveandletlive said, what you think is most important. You know yourself better than some random person who's never met you.

Your advice is good. And there's not much I can say to her that I haven't already... and that she doesn't already know... and that's that she should read about it for herself (which she has) and decide what fits. (I also think she's ESFp, btw, because that's what made the most sense to her when she read up on the functions, and because I think she values Te.)

What I was saying about it being more complicated has to do with what one of her closest irl friends believes her type is.
