I like it. I'm a fan.
Wowww.... Better Call Saul - I wish he could be everywhere giving unique advices & suggestions to people's problems
My impression is:
Saul: ESFP
Chuck: INTP (I think it's the closest typing when you look at his character as a whole, although if you're really wedded to the idea that his electricity phobia=si HA I could see an argument for INTJ as well.)
Kim Wexler: ISTP
Howard Hamlin: ENTJ
Mr./Mrs. Kettleman: INTJ/ESTP (supervisory relations)
Mike: ISTJ
Twins: ENTP
Nacho:ENFJ
I'm really liking this show, I think the first season is actually better so far than the first season of breaking bad (at least from what I can remember of it).

Haven't had the privilege of watching it, yet, but I have seen Breaking Bad, so...
Anyway, I believe Saul is SLE and Mike is SLI, fwiw.
i really cannot stand saul. gah. i just don't remember why. the aversion has stuck though. and it's weird because in his way saul was kind and usually kindness dwarfs all issues. maybe it's that he was a caricature? i just don't know...
i probably thought he was ILE, or maybe EIE.
This is bit less Gamma themed than Breaking Bad. Still bit Gamma. I think I'd mostly agree with shadowbox
Saul? ILE who ended up in a profession to deal with great deal of super ego pressure? That would be hellish. I don't know because he seems to be bit too intimate with people's needs/wants and is able to run stuff on relational basis.

Jimmy - ILE
Mike - LSI
Kim - LSE
Howard - SEE
Nacho - IEI
Chuck - ESI
Gus - LIE
Jimmy and Mike seem like personifications of Te and Ti, respectively. Jimmy doesn't seem to have any concept of rules or limitations. He's willing to do anything, as long as it maximizes profit (Te). I'm thinking SEE. Whereas Mike is all like "I won't go there. End of story." He's all about rules. Though he seems like a stereotypical SLI, I'm leaning more towards LSI.
INTJs have Si Role, not HA. But yeah he seems like a Gamma type so INTJ (or ENTJ) could make sense. I like the ESI typing also but he seems like a business style communication style.
EII-INFj / INFP / Strong E4 and 9 energy / Melancholic-Phlegmatic / Musical-Intrapersonal-Spatial / Kinky-Sensual
Almost done with s3!
Saul ILE
Kim: SLI
Chuck (shit bag) ILI
Howard: LIE maybe even EIE. Ni creative for sure.
Mike: Seems more LSI in this show than SLI
Gus: EII
Nacho: SLE?
Tuco: SEE
Hector: LSE or SEE
Masa Verde banker: LSE
Marco: SEI or ESE, leaning more SEI

I think the writers took an ILE caricature and boosted his Fe and somewhat Fi to make him a more interesting character for the audience. Alternative is he is some pragmatic IEE but I doubt that. He seems to regularly use Ti creative and loves shitting on Te with it. The whole conflict between him and his brother almost seems like it's partly fueled by Te vs Ti approach to law. I mean alongside all the other complicated aspects of their relationship.
