  2. "The Administrator" = ESTj = LSE (Te-Si)
    "The Humanist" = INFj = EII (Fi-Ne)

The Administrator is very hard working; he rationally spends his time and does not like getting distracted by extraneous talk. He is very practical and economical. He strives to be competent in business issues, accumulating necessary information on problems interesting to him. He tends to take on too many responsibilities. So he needs The Humanist, which can suggest, which actions are most promising. The Humanist willingly helps in this work, doing it diligently and qualitatively.

I think it's good, since social introversion is different from socionics introversion!

Maritsa, I am SO glad! How are you doing?
  8. Fi – Program function. Introverted ethics in first function designate a person for whom the main orientation in life is making judgments about good and evil, morals and depravity, decency and dihonorableness. EII very acutely feels the general trends and standards of behavior which prevail in a society or a social group. She is usually mindful of these norms in order to not be insulting to other people. When she first joins a new group, she holds herself back and behaves tactfully conforming to established norms, meanwhile observing and assessing the psychological atmosphere. Once she has absorbed the existing atmosphere, only then she considers becoming a full-fledged member of the community and establishing her influence in regards to its psychological atmosphere.

    Maritsa,

Fi is your primary function of use. Your comments about disliking a person's rude behavior toward the handicapped and elderly on the train exhibits an understanding of the social hierarchy; your dislike or disgust toward people who defy the social hierarchy exhibits your understanding of the quality, nature and proper maintenance of personal relations. When you acknowledge your love of the kindness, generosity and giving spirit of human beings, you show that you aspire to humanism and kindness as well as address your attitudes of like or dislike toward the same.

Yeah, must have missed the fact that your location is on your "About Me." Probably the real reason it seemed like you lived in eastern Europe was because I happened to find this video among youtube socionics vids like a year and 1/2 ago which I fashioned as an "introduction" to you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMAkzRoiDjg (Promise it's not as weird as it sounds, it is just a hobby learning about personalities, haha... So feel free to PM me if you want.) Which is why I am curious to know, do you prefer living in the states? ...It is interesting growing up here, but living in another country always sounded much more mesmerizing, imo.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE
